I purchased my first boxer in 04' and it wasn't long until I fell head over heels in love with the breed. I sometimes tell potential boxer owners that there are dogs and then there are boxers. They definitely have some personality traits that are very unique to the boxer breed alone. They are very good companions and are loyal comrades. They do extremely well with children and the hustle and bustle of family life. Boxers enjoy being part of the family.
